Lisa Rossi is Global Head of Liquidity and Investment Product Development and Head of Institutional Cash Management UK for Global Transaction Banking at Deutsche Bank.

Based in London, Lisa is responsible for liquidity product development and strategy, deposit based investment products as well as designing liquidity solutions for corporate and institutional clients. In this context, Lisa has focused on the consequences of Basel III, the Liquidity Coverage Ratio and stress testing for banks and the resulting impact on transaction banking products. She is responsible for all aspects of the Institutional Cash Management business booked in the UK. Her role also includes development and execution of Institutional Cash Management’s strategy on products, clients and markets, as well as the development of relationships with clients, managing the compliance and regulatory agenda and engagement with key stakeholders in the market.

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Lisa was with CitiGroup for five years, where she headed up the North American Liquidity and Investment area within Global Cash Management. Lisa started her career with AXA Insurance, where she worked in Strategic Planning as well as the Treasury department responsible for bank relationships and debt financing. During her time at AXA, she worked and lived in Tokyo.

While working in New York, Lisa was the Chairperson of “Women on Wall Street” for Deutsche Bank New York for 3 years. Lisa has also spoken at numerous industry events, including Sibos, AFT, EuroFinance and Financial Women’s Association representing Deutsche Bank.
